Work–life balance among healthcare practitioners is both a personal challenge and a systemic issue. While individuals can adopt coping strategies, organizations play the most significant role in shaping workplace culture, setting realistic workloads, and providing structural support. Improving work–life balance leads to healthier staff, safer patient care, and more stable healthcare systems. Continuous evaluation and policy reforms are essential to sustain a productive and well-supported healthcare workforce.
